"We booked a king size bed in a non-smoking room. We got the foulish smelling smoking room with double queens I've ever been in!! Then, they tried to charge us again, onn these prepaid rooms. I'll never stay there again. We were there for an event that sold out last July, so there were no more rooms available in town, or we would have gone elsewhere. The closest available room was 50 miles away.

"I reserved a non smoking room but when I checked in they said they only had smoking rooms. I told them that I have 2 small children and preferred a non smoking room--they said there were none. 30 minutes later my brother and his family checked in and were given a non smoking room. My children were up all night with headaches along with my wife due to the smoke. They sprayed the room with a neutralizer but it wore off after about 6 hrs and the smoke smell came bakc in the middle of the night."
