"bedsheets and towels were dirty, the room was not fresh and had some terribel smelling"

"The forest-edge location is the best thing about this hotel. It is so clean it is almost sterile. It is out of town but there is no restaurant, at breakfast there was minimal staff availability and no friendliness."
